Courtney Haughton
President
A graduate of UTECH with a Certificate in banking 1980 – 81, Diploma in Marketing 1997 – 2000, Real Estate sales certificate 2011, UWI certificate in Project Management 2014. Over thirty-five years’ experience in the financial sector spanning commercial, investment, merchant and development banking. Twenty-seven years in marketing, research and consultancy. Possess Intimate knowledge of the micro finance sector having worked with the PC Bank with responsibility for debt recovery for St. Catherine parish. Member of COK credit Union Credit Committee and Churches Credit Union Management committee. Researched and published the study on the Agro Processing sector Commissioned by Jamaica Exporters Association and the Ministry of Investment and Commerce in 2000. He is a founding member of the Jamaica Castor Industry Association and of the St. Mary Ganja Growers and Producers Association.

Niconor Reece
Vice President
Mr. Niconor Reece is an Engineering Consultant with over 16 years of experience in renewable energy research and development; bioprocess and sugar process engineering; castor oil production and processing and Tilapia Aquaculture. His experience spans both government and private sector having worked with the Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica (PCJ) as project Engineer over seeing research in Biofuels, served as research assistant at the Audubon Sugar Institute in Louisiana, Junior Engineer at Enterprise Sugar Mill in Louisiana and Acting Factory Services Manager and Sugar Technologist at the Sugar Industry Research Institute in Mandeville Jamaica. Mr. Reece is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and holds an Associate degree in General Agriculture from the College of Agriculture Science and Education (CASE) and a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Biological Engineering from the Louisiana State University.

Hensley McLeggon,
Treasurer
Hensley was born in 1981 in Kingston, Jamaica. Growing up, he was fascinated with science, computers and assembling things. These interests led to him doing extensive research in a variety of areas. Later, Hensley, who now owns and operated Earth Organic Life Limited spends his days researching and creating innovative ways to distribute and package Castor Oil. He also offers consultancy in the aforementioned area.

Prince Graham-Haynes
Marketing
Prince Graham- Haynes is an innovative, dynamic and highly energetic business consultant with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Previously achieved rapid progression in major projects from the planning through to implementation. A driven individual, comfortable in handling key accounts, whilst exceeding service expectations. As former country manager for Glaxo Smithkline Caribbean Ltd(Consumer Division) , he manged the successful launches and marketing of leading brands such as Lucozade , Panadol and Ribena. Prince is currently a business development consultant as well as a full time lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the University of Technology Jamaica. In his capacity as Chairman of the College Consultancy Unit, he successfully led consulting projects for the Ministry of Industry Commerce and Fisheries (MICAF) and the Caribbean Common Market (CARICOM).

Fitzroy Ferguson
Secretary
Former Caribbean Marketing Manager at SoftSheen-Carson (leading ethnic cosmetic manufacturer in the Caribbean and part of the Consumer Products Division of L’Oréal USA) and Independent Sales and Marketing Consultant for Namaste Laboratories (ORS) with over 26 years’ experience in various roles in the cosmetic industry to include Marketing, Sales, Trade Show Management, Sales Operation, Warehouse Management, Export Management and Accounting. These experiences shaped Fitzroy’s ability to inspire cosmetology leaders to explore more than their creativity and build on their technical skills to form The Professional Association of Trichologists in Jamaica where he serves as a Director. Managing Director of Jaldon Enterprises, a Jamaican based agri-processing, naturopathic, and holistic care company. Currently, Jaldon produces Jamaican Black Castor Oil and ColdPressed Virgin Coconut Oil; currently secretary of The Jamaica Castor Industry Association (JCIA). In his spare time, he enjoys photography

Noel Terrier
Board Member
Noel Terrier currently serves as director of processing and R&D. He served on the board of JCIA since its inception in 2017. He is currently the owner/ manager of Temple Foods Tropical Oils, a family-owned enterprise involved in the research, development, processing and marketing of tropical oilseeds and its derivatives. Noel has had over 25 years’ experience researching and developing value added products from the Castor bean covering the areas of cosmetics, industrial products and Biofuels/ alternative energy. Noel received his training and certification in Food Processing from the former West Indies Training College and the Texas A&M University. In his capacity as a Food Technologist, he has occupied the position of Food Quality Control and Research and Development Manager at Westico Foods Ltd. He has also partnered with Pioneer Cocoa and Chocolate Processors (the only cocoa processing facility in the country) in researching and developing value added products from the Cocoa and Castor oilseeds.

Dorian Morris
Board Member
Miss Dorian Morris is an agronomist and has been involved in general agriculture for more than fifteen (15) years. She is a registered farmer with the RADA and has been involved with Castor Bean production for more than five (5) years. This involvement includes the provision of technical advice, training, assistance and support to castor bean farmers island wide cultivating various varieties of the crop. Miss Morris has served as Consultant Agronomist to the Inter-American Development Bank with a focus on improving the performance and productivity of castor bean in Jamaica and also as the Castor Project Coordinator of the Jamaica Baptist Union Grow Castor Bean Project. She is also a trained and experienced teacher and trainer. Miss Morris has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education and Training from the Vocational Development Training Agency. She also possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Plant Science (Honours) from the College of Agricultural Science Education (CASE) and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of the West Indies (UWI Mona) with majors in International Relations and History.
